Challenge

Attract and retain dietitians to become product advocates through live digital events, interactive online education, and video-based conferences.

SOLUTION

We designed and managed the Functional Nutrition School. A fully online educational platform tailored to nutritionists and other healthcare professionals. The program featured expert-led video content, interactive lessons, and immersive 3D product experiences.

We built a Professional Panel of over 800 individuals for virtual and in-person medical rep engagement, leveraging both digital and traditional outreach.

To support a full lifecycle approach [attract, engage, and delight], we designed strategic touchpoints for dietitians, including:

  • High-value educational events introducing brand benefits to healthcare professionals.

  • Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive participation and engagement.

  • An interactive Product Knowledge Hub offering in-depth information for professionals.

  • Consistent nurturing through social media and email marketing.

  • Engaging activities that delivered specialized knowledge about product applications and patient benefits.

  • Scientific positioning of the brand’s compounds to highlight their value in patient diets.

  • Engaged healthcare professionals via virtual medical‑rep visits, tracked in HubSpot to ensure timely follow‑ups and accurate reporting.

This initiative created a comprehensive learning and brand experience aimed at winning the hearts and trust of health professionals.

Digital Assets

Website and Product Hub

We created an interactive product hub to provide professionals with detailed information about the brand’s products.

The scenes were created with Sketchup, and the module was built using WordPress third-party plugins.

Interactive courses

We developed high-value educational activities to attract healthcare professionals and introduce them to the brand’s benefits for their patients.

Collaborating with subject matter experts, we outlined the content and produced the courses using Articulate 360 and Storyline, ensuring an engaging and interactive learning experience.

Paid Ads and Email Marketing

We created Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to attract dietitians by promoting the educational content and product benefits.

To maintain engagement, we implemented segmented email sequences that delivered timely updates, learning resources, and brand insights, boosting participation and reinforcing brand trust.

The Functional Nutrition School registered over 2,000 users and successfully promoted the brand’s products within the nutrition professional community.
